This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:- Coordinate and prioritize all work to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met
- Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with Technical SMEs
- Primary contact for all daily, weekly, Monthly reports
- Utilize standard project artifacts, schedules, risks, status dashboards,
- Manage and prioritize schedule and status
- Minimum of five years of experience managing cross functional projects according to PMI or standards
- Previous experience reporting to Executive Management
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure compliance such as CSA
- Experience liaising with stakeholders in senior management regarding requirements.
- Ability to produce PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and an aim to work as part of a cohesive team and partner to other teams within the organization
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, verbalize ideas effectively, successfully negotiate tense situations, and manage and resolve
- Availability to work U.S. time zones
