This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:
- Apply critical thinking, and curiosity to dive into analysis, producing immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term impact
- Effectively communicate undiscovered, actionable insights to key partners through dashboards and presentations that drive strategic decision making
- Use SQL and other analytics tools to extract and transform data when needed for ad-hoc analysis
- Build reports and dashboards in Looker that support product performance monitoring and self service
- Support the design and analysis of A/B tests
Must Haves (Required Skills):
- SQL (advanced)
- At least 2+ years of experience in analytics
- Basic working knowledge of statistics
- Experience with or desire to learn about AB testing
- Experienced in visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong critical thinking skills and a curiosity to tackle challenging problems
