Marketing Lead

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote to start; return to the office when safe to do so)
Interview Process: 4-5 hours, already including interviews and a recruitment challenge
Reports to: Head of Marketing

Tymeshift's Marketing Lead will help implement tymeshift's marketing vision, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Chief Brand officer to push marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating business growth, generate innovative ideas that establish the brand, and raise awareness across platforms and channels.

• 3-5 years of experience in managing big marketing projects and initiatives for ambitious brands;
• Proven ability to connect with external agencies, namely performance marketing, to help deliver results;
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams - comms, brand, design, social media - to deliver creative assets and implement them accordingly across multiple channels and touchpoints;
• Experience implementing marketing plans at tech startups looking for accelerated business growth;
• A proven eye for detail & organization — you don't settle until work is implemented perfectly.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, this person will:

• Help implement our marketing strategy across different channels as tymeshift looks to accelerate awareness, acquisition, and conversion;
• Work with an in-house team to help create, deliver, and optimize creative assets for brand initiatives and performance marketing campaigns;
• Ensure project management for key marketing initiatives, such as special projects, integrated campaigns and
• Monitor and deliver reporting on a regular basis, while delivering actionable metrics;
• Help craft marketing strategies and participate in the creative process;
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels;
• Report on marketing activity and performance across different channels and touchpoints.

Your ability to collaborate with our marketing team to effectively launch, maintain and optimize projects that are able to drive business growth.
