OVERVIEW

In this role you will work with a portfolio of strategic customers to achieve new business revenue targets. Your objective is to develop the relationship as a trusted advisor with key customers, building a network from the highest levels of the institutions to individual educators, and across divisions, in order to maximize cross sell opportunities of Turnitin’s cutting-edge products.

• 顧客が当社のサービスから得る価値を拡大および向上させる機会を特定し、それらの機会を活用するためのアクションを定義するため、積極的にアカウントプランを構築し、実行する。
• 社内チーム間で効果的なコミュニケーションとコラボレーションをする。 
• アカウントのニーズとフィードバックを記録し、セールスリーダーシップと共有する。
• 月次、四半期、年次の正確なフォアキャストを上司に提供する。
• 国内の教育業会における主要トレンドや法律を理解し、追跡することで、自分自身とチームの機会を見い出すために知識を役立てる。

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Targets, builds and maintains lasting relationships with existing and new clients. Navigates the institution to sell the right products to the appropriate stakeholders, quickly identifying key decision makers. Works with Clients/Customers in a consultancy capacity, stretching between consultancy and partnership - assisting the client to make decisions from the position of trusted advisor. Educates clients about strategic initiatives and growth points - for example academic integrity, research integrity, and assessments.  
• Build, and execute, proactive account plans in order to identify opportunities for clients to expand and increase the value they obtain from our services and define actions to utilise these opportunities.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all internal teams 
• Document account needs and feedback, and share with sales leadership
• Ensure that accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts are provided to your manager
• Understand and follow key educational trends and legislation in territory and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for yourself and the wider team

• 大学卒業以上
• 日本語ネイティブ/ビジネス英語

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

• Experience and success using a value-based, consultative sales approach
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with a team
• Self-starter and motivated passionate personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the educational technology industry a bonus
• Ability to travel efficiently in a designated territory, up to 20% of the time, for meetings.
• BA/BS degree required
• Japanese Native/English Fluency
