RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Help support, troubleshoot problems, and find resolutions for software and hardware applications.
• - Perform User Acceptance Testing and cross-platform compatibility of user interfaces.
• - Educate and train users on functions of software/hardware.
• - Help ensure all ongoing project tasks and related communications are properly documented in our tracking systems.
• - Assist with internal projects and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• - Minimum of two (2) years experience supporting SaaS applications for a complex domain, ideally in healthcare.
• - Knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• - Familiarity with current SaaS platform trends and best practices.
• - Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently identify root causes of issues through independent research.
• - Ability to effectively interact with multiple clients/projects.
