Product Manager - Remote - Global SaaS

We’re looking to add a talented Product Manager for our new “Customer Happiness” team to help us accelerate the future of remote work. This is a unique opportunity to be involved with a SaaS product that is facilitating the world’s transition to effective remote work. Your role will be to support customers through managing the implementation of small but important product improvements and bugs. Since your team will primarily be responding quickly to pressing customer needs, you’ll have the satisfaction of shipping value to customers frequently.

You’ll work closely with customers and customer-facing teams, and will take in a high volume of requests from them. You’ll discern the few requests that should be prioritized, and will need to have the exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary to maintain positive relationships with the many other stakeholders whose requests can’t be prioritized.

While other product teams are focused on specific areas of our product, your team will handle improvements throughout the entire product to keep our growing customer base satisfied. You'll be working with a talented development team on a product that has traction with significant growth opportunities.

• Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to understand their needs and receive input on proposed solutions.
• Manage & prioritize a short-term roadmap of improvements & bug fixes.
• Write feature specifications.
• Determine feasibility and impact of potential feature improvements and fixes.
• Support individual customers by providing customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the highest priority tasks are worked on and to remove roadblocks.
• Provide internal and customer training on how to use certain features.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years B2B SaaS experience
• Clear, concise, flawless written communication
• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Natural talent for usability
• Ability to distill complex requirements into simple solutions
• Highly proactive; You’ll be expected to identify work that needs to be done, and take action to make it happen

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years B2B SaaS product management experience
• Experience with:
  • Serving customers with 1,000+ employees
  • Sales enablement
  • Working remotely
  • Managing development teams remotely
  • Agile methodologies
