Manual Quality Assurance Analyst- Remote - Global SaaS

As Time Doctor continues to grow, we are expanding our coverage to the South American time zone and we’re looking for an experienced Manual QA to join our Customer Happiness Team.

As Manual QA, you’ll be responsible for validating customer-reported bugs. You’ll be involved in testing our product features, document testing procedures, and updating our test cases. You’ll be reporting directly to the QA Manager.

• Communicating and collaborating with developers to identify and replicate issues
• Maintaining test cases
• Testing both existing and new features
• Tracking and managing defects in JIRA
• Validating customer-reported issues and providing feedback in JIRA
• Retesting defects
• Providing daily updates on tasks assigned

This QA must have the following:

• Must have excellent oral and written English
• Must know how to write test cases
• Have experience in multi-platform testing such as Windows, Mac, Ubuntu, Chromebook
• Must know how to use JIRA
• Good to have knowledge in Postman/API testing
• Good to have knowledge in Proxyman or Fiddler
