We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director, Product Management to join the team at Theorem to mature and lead our evolving Product Management practice. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you will provide a blend of Creative, Managerial, and Operational leadership to a team of high-performing product managers and leads across a diverse set of brand-name client programs. You will define the north star standards that guide us towards great product work and consult with our clients, pushing your team to understand their true needs while ensuring we deliver amazing products that align with their requirements and customers.

Responsibilities

Build, scale, and manage a remote and growing +15 person product team by vetting, hiring, and training new team members.
Represent Theorem by actively engaging in the product design community, attracting new talent and inspiring our team
Drive your team’s overall standards, operations, learnings, and strategy by conducting ongoing reviews and audits to ensure your team feels supported.
Stay at the forefront of new and emerging technologies, platforms, and methodologies, maintaining the sharp edge of quality and experience Theorem delivers on new and existing programs.
Serve as a coach and mentor for our Product Managers, ensuring every team member has a clear career progression plan.
Foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive environment by advocating for all team members at Theorem.
Help close new opportunities alongside the Sales and Discovery teams, bringing clarity and confidence to all customer interactions.
Ensure that in every interaction and at every opportunity, we are delivering amazing service and products that create the best outcome for our customers.

Requirements

8+ Years of Experience in Delivery-Driven organizations as a Product Manager
2-5 Years of Experience managing and directing multiple Product Managers
Shipped a variety of complex custom software products, varying in size from enterprise to startup.
You have a proven systematic approach to building product roadmaps and overseeing Product Managers to execute world-class and complex products and software applications.
You can manage through complexity and ambiguity, lead with influence, make hard decisions, and persevere when things are less than ideal.
You come from a diverse background of domains, scopes, and complexity of products with a strong track record of managing delivery from ideation to completion.
Proven experience measuring and monitoring the performance of your team.
