Senior Technical Writer

12+ Years of experience as Technical Writer in BFSI domain (Ideally payment and/or credit card industry experience)
Contract(Inside IR35)/ 6-12 Months (Extendable)Location-London (Initially Remote)
Responsibilities:-
• Be the single point of contact for documentation for all Platform Products
• Manage the technical writing team in the documentation of all release documentation, including Implementation Guides, Migration Guides, submissions to document repositories.
• Join the team meetings to provide updates on progress and understand any changes that will impact the delivery of the writing or timeframes
• Join Zapp leadership team meeting
• Join the P2MA meeting to stay abreast of release timing changes
• Provide updates on progress, ideally in the form of a managed wiki report (Confluence)
• Manage challenges with submission conflicts
• Ensure Confluence space is managed, clear, links are working as expected, updated as necessary
• Ensure the existing document process is governed, planned and reported on monthly
• Act as lead liaison with outside teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Programme Increment documentation into the new repositories
• Identify quarterly improvements, discuss with the team and implement if agreed
