Role: Remote - End User Tech Support
Who are we looking for?
Remote technical support engineer to provide up to L2 support with good experience around Remote Desktop/Infra Support on Win 10 & O365 related environment. The individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled and willing to work in a 24 X 7 support model and able to provide support in all modes of communication. (Email/Calls/Chats, etc).
4-6 and above years of relevant experience .
- Good experience in providing technical support on various M365 features & concepts
- Good experience/Knowledge providing support to modern end point environments (VDI/Cloud, etc)
- Good troubleshooting skills in various versions of O365 at the user level as a first level resolution
- Good troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive at the user level
- Good troubleshooting on Windows 10 OS & the applications
- Previous experience in supporting remote Desktop & O365 Infra support
- Working Experience in Dock station, Repeaters and muti-display environment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory concepts preferred
- Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills
- Incident and Problem Management Skills
- Sound ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Resolve technical issues of projects
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in supporting Win 10 Remote desktop & O365
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
- Preferred certifications on the below
- o Win 10 - MD-100
- o O365 . MS-100 , MS -500
