Remote technical support engineer to provide up to L2 support with good experience around Remote Desktop/Infra
Support on Win 10 & O365 related environment. Individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled and
willing to work in a 24 X 7 support model and able to provide support in all modes of communication. (Email/Calls/Chats,
etc).
4-6 and above years of relevant experience .
Technical Skills:
Good experience in providing technical support on various M365 features & concepts
Good experience/Knowledge providing support to modern end point environments (VDI/Cloud, etc)
Good troubleshooting skills in various versions of O365 at the user level as a first level resolution
Good troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive at the user level
Good troubleshooting on Windows 10 OS & the applications
Previous experience in supporting remote Desktop & O365 Infra support
Working Experience in Dock station, Repeaters and muti-display environment.
Knowledge of Active Directory concepts preferred
Process Skills:
Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills
Incident and Problem Management Skills
Sound ITIL knowledge
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Resolve technical issues of projects
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction
Qualification:
At least 2-4 years of work experience in supporting Win 10 Remote desktop & O365
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
Preferred certifications on the below
o Win 10 - MD-100
o O365 . MS-100 , MS -500
