Developer Marketing Lead

At its core, Terra is a platform for developers. Developers can build applications on top of the Terra blockchain for countless use cases in crypto, including instant payments using stablecoins, trading synthetic assets, generating savings yields from deposits, recurring payments, and NFTs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead marketing, content, and growth hacking efforts for the Terra developer platform.
• Plan, implement, and optimize developer growth strategies against measurable KPIs.
• Hire, mentor, and coach a team of marketers, growth hackers, and community managers.
• Create and optimize our virtual and in-person strategies to increase developer adoption, including media and content.
• Work across open source communities and organizations to foster community.
• Report to our Head of Ecosystem

What We're Looking For:

• Track record of launching and growing developer platforms
• Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring growth teams.
• Experience marketing novel, and/or open source, technologies directly to developers.
• Blockchain or cryptocurrency experience is a bonus.
• Expertise in using data and experimentation to uncover the best growth tactics and optimize them against KPIs.
• Adapt, execute, and lead in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
