What You'll Do
- Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent/clinical licensure and attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
- Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders under the clinical supervision of a Team Lead Supervisor
- Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
- Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 60 engaging clients
- Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned
About you
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
- Current Maryland associate licensure:
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection
