ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team to help bring our ambitious roadmap to life as we continue on our path of creating a category defining brand. The ideal candidate has experience working on two-sided marketplace platforms.
Your role is to:
- Work closely with the Director of Product Development, VP of Product and senior product designers to help make our vision a reality – from a zoomed out perspective of what the business needs all the way down to the nitty gritty feature set specs.
- Own major initiatives on the product roadmap; meet with key stakeholders, gather requirements, craft solutions, and work with engineering to see them through to launch.
- Maintain a level of quality, consistency, and performance on our product releases – release signoff from a functionality point of view goes through you on your initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization on platform improvements and/or new product development initiatives.
- Optimize existing products through data and research.
- Be awesome.
You are someone who:
- Is excited to play a major role in helping transform and grow a product – our goal is to create a magical experience for our users.
- Gets stuff done. You know how to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives.
- Is good at communicating.
- Thinks strategically.

- Focuses on the details. You probably even hate the phrase ‘close enough’.
You ideally have:
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably on a platform used by millions of people.
