We are looking for a Product Manager who will report directly to our CEO, Elik Jaeger. You will be responsible for driving our product offering, working closely with our development team as well as our delivery, customer success, sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in our product offerings and an innovative and business mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. Your success will be defined by your ability to lead and guide in confidence cross-functional teams in the creation of products and features that improve customer experience and grow market share.

Your primary mission is to develop our product roadmap to meet our growth targets.

• Product vision and strategy alongside executive team
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates SuiteSpot across primary market segments
  • Create and manage the product roadmap
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Conduct product and market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain.
  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Product Lifecycle
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with development, delivery, and customer success in the development, QA, and release of products.
  • Prioritize and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Drive product launch activities and ensure inter-department alignment on deliverables.
• Sales & Marketing Support
  • Develop differentiation battle cards of competitors in coordination with sales and marketing.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools and collateral.

• Experienced in a SaaS B2B product management role with proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Business focused with experience working with technology development teams.
• History of being an innovative problem solver with a knack for pre-emptively identifying potential issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
