(Remote) Marketing Assistant

Sugatan, one of the fastest growing eCommerce agencies, is looking for the most organized person in the world! We're a fast paced and dynamic Digital Marketing Agency, working to help ecommerce stores grow! The marketing assistant would be responsible for making sure that no email escapes necessary eyes, no appointments are missed and making sure that you're the communication bridge across our agency!

This is a fully remote position, so you can be from anywhere in the world!

What you will do:

If you join us you will be doing a vast range of activities that will require you to be super organised, super focus & results driven, for example:

• Organize Asana projects, Team Drive & Slack;
• Create a multitude of Excel spreadsheets (must be an expert at Excel);
• Create deck presentations & organize information;
• Communicate with team members & clients;
• Client reporting;
• Taking meeting minutes & then summarizing action items;
• Being the go to person for the team working on the account;
• Working closely with our Senior eCommerce Strategists;
• Coordinating schedules for meetings between multiple team members.

What we expect:

• Have minimum 1 year experience in the ecommerce or digital marketing industry;
• Have minimum 1 year project management experience;
• Be an expert at Microsoft Excel;
• Be very organized (it needs to be second nature to you);
• Create Google Decks & organize information in a presentable, easily digestible format
• Be an excellent communicator;
• Take ownership of projects & use common sense to make good decisions;
• Be reliable & trustworthy;
• Be able to handle constructive criticism & welcome it because you value personal growth;
• Fluent in English;
• Be proficient with Asana;
• Be proficient in Google Drive;
• Be proficient in Slack.
