Graphic Design Team Lead (m/f/d)

Are you an experienced Graphic Designer or Instructional Designer with experience in managing a remote team? Then, this job might be for you! We are looking for a senior level designer who possesses the necessary experience to build a design team capable of making our content shine, while also building scalable processes to support our company’s rapid growth. This position will require you to lead a team of dynamic and innovative designers to conceptualize and create engaging graphics to help aid students in their learning processes through a variety of diverse projects.  

Your responsibilities are:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, while providing clear direction and deadlines to your team.

• Provide leadership, motivation and mentoring to the Graphic Design team.

• Be an expert in your chosen design softwares and be ready to support your team.

• Be confident in leading the creative direction of projects as well as having the final say on design decisions.

• Efficiently manage stakeholders, workflows, and resources to meet your goals.

• Be responsible for for the user research and prototyping phases of a project.

• 2 + Years of experience in a leadership role in the design sector

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design (or similar), and a strong portfolio; Master’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop (Figma, AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are a huge plus)

• Keen interest in education; interest or experience in Instructional Design is a huge plus.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with good knowledge of spelling and grammar

• English fluency

• Knowledge of html and CSS would be a plus
