Super organiser | management support

Intro

We are looking for an (administrative) assistant with a passion for organising to carry out diverse and advanced administrative tasks. Are you structured and organised? Then we might be looking for you!

We will be accepting applications for the next two months and we fill the open position as soon as we’ve found the right candidate.

About the Position

Super organiser

As our super organiser you will be assigned to work on diverse and advanced administrative tasks to support the sales and management team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, and ever-changing environment where you can really add value. Within our dynamic environment there's always a lot of stuff ongoing where you can jump in! You will be responsible for all the administrative activities and you will bring your passion for organising to handle it all.These are some of the aspects you’ll be working on:
- Printing and scanning of documents (e.g. invoices)
- Translator withdrawal pay-outs

Skills & Requirements

• Your English & Dutch language skills are proficien
  
• You are structured and organized and like to work this way
• You are accurate, reliable, responsible, and love to have things done properly
• You have excellent communication skills
• You love to organise and arrange things
• You can handle a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment
• Your command of modern web tools like Google Docs and comparable systems is great
• You are driven, enthusiastic and have a sense of humor

Experience

• You may have experience in working in an international environment
• Experience in a comparable position is an advantage
