Role & Responsibility

Managed end- end training content development projects
To develop and design the training content using micro-learning tools, Powerpoint
Develop a small animated microlearning video.
Prepare sales scripts as per requirements
Own the training content repository and as per org compliance
Update the content as per the needs and standards of business units
Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to get raw materials and resources.

Requirements,

Should have 4-5 years of work experience in training content developments
from the training industry.
Should be good in Softskills, selling skills training content writing
Excellent in MS PowerPoint, google slide
Excellent in creating different types of videos by using Vvyon, Powtoon, Speeachelo, and Filmora.
Excellent script writing skills.

Compensation: 7-8 LPA
