Website Client Manager - Swiss German Market

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be a key point of contact for a number of business owners in Switzerland. This role suits new graduates and can be an entry-level into the digital marketing industry - you only need great communication and time management skills. While our offices are in Amsterdam and Melbourne, for the role you have the possibility to work out of Switzerland remotely (alternatively, you can work out of our Amsterdam office).

Responsibilities

• Manage clients' questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Obtain client requirements and prepare these for internal and external use.
• Provide service enhancements for your clients by upselling Spotzer's products and services.
• Develop trusted relationships with your clients.
• Keep the tracking and order management system up to date.
• Collaborate with the team, share ideas and best practices to develop and improve our service.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products.

Skills & Qualifications

• Native fluency in Swiss German is essential - you will speak to the clients based in Switzerland.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients by phone.
• Experience in customer service or support is desirable but not a must.
• Keen interest in digital marketing with a proactive intention to learn more from our skilled experts.
• Ability to work flexibly, stepping in to help other team members and clients, and work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain sharp attention to detail.
• Living in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
• Strong work ethic and team spirit.
