About the Position:

As a member of the Product team, you’ll be responsible for executing on the product roadmap from idea conception to launch. This cross-functional role requires collaboration and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to create a unified customer experience. You will own the data associated with user engagement, and understand the impact on the key business metrics. The ideal candidate is one who views analytics as a creative function; you develop experiments and test hypotheses with an acute focus on customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Launch new products, features, and internal tools, measure their performance and impact
• Create quantitative and qualitative systems to collect user feedback
• Analyze user engagement data to identify challenges and opportunities
• Provide input into product prioritization and help build our product roadmap
• Work with Engineering, Design and QA to deliver valuable solutions to users
• Coordinate cohesive go-to-market strategies across teams
   

Requirements:

• 2+ year in a Product or Analyst role or applicable experience
• Strong analytical skills. The ability to tell a story with data and turn it into action
• Experience with product analytics and/or BI tools
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus, willingness to learn is required
• Excellent written skills
• Experience in an agile environment with a track record of collaboration with designers, engineers, marketers, and executives
• Desire to learn and constantly expand the definition of the role
• Experience with consumer software, specifically social networks and marketplaces, is a plus
