Backend Engineer (External Investment)

About the position:
We are creating a team of A+ players, experts in their areas. Each of the team is responsible for a specific area, target metrics and business result. We are looking for a PHP Engineer who is ready to strengthen our small backend team.

Your Responsibilities:
– Work with full engineering life cycle of our product including specifying business requirements, designing technical solution, estimating tasks, implementing, writing tests, debugging and preparing technical documentation;
– Design and deliver new features for product and tech solutions;
– Improve existing codebase;
– Participate in Scrum and Code Review processes;
– Being proactive, communicate with all participants of business;

We're excited about you because you have strong an experience in:
– 2+ years of relevant experience;
– PHP8 - you understand full path from skeleton app to production environment;
– MySQL - writing plain queries (without ORM), making optimizations for heavy queries;
– NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis/Memcached) - you know when and how to use it;
– RabbitMQ - understand different strategies for work with Event Bus;
– Frameworks (Symfony/Laravel) - you know their power sides and weak side;
– Write tests.

Will be +:
– Golang;
– GraphQL/Federated GraphQL;
– Docker/k8s;
– Previous experience with microservices.
