Smartsheet AU is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering team. We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent individual with experience working with SaaS B2B products, with a passion for solving tough problems and delivering thoughtful solutions to customers.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will work on Smartsheet’s Content Automation product, and help to build an exciting vision for the future as we extend our product into new experiences across DAM and CWM platforms. Our mission is to automate the content workloads of modern marketing teams by empowering anyone to create, customise, and automate their creative endeavors regardless of their ability.
You will report to the Manager of Product Management and can be based remotely in Australia. You Will:
- Manage the strategic execution of product engineering deliverables.
- Create a compelling vision for your portfolio of features, break down the work into a well-prioritised plan, and execute
- Assess opportunity, project feasibility, approach, scope
- Define detailed product requirements
- Manage ongoing trade-offs in market fit, usability, cost, and performance
- Drive project through to completion, providing detailed progress metrics during build and thorough, insightful analysis of results post-launch
- Analyse market and competitive trends to inform new recommendations
You Have:
- 4+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering software products from inception to launch
- Expertise in agile development processes with frequent product release cycles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on metrics and analytics, with the ability to develop data-driven analysis
- Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration
- Roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial, startup attitude, plus passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives
- Experience working with customers and end users, and the ability to map out customer journeys and identify pain points
- Passion for creating delightful user experiences
- Technical degree, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions on behalf of customers
