The Opportunity -- Technical Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator/(Contract)

As a Technical Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator (Contract), you'll be a key part of our small but powerful talent acquisition team. You'll have an opportunity to drive our recruiting efforts through sourcing, helping create a robust pipeline of candidates while coordinating their interviews with a and this role, you will own every part of the sourcing and scheduling processes for all interviews, hiring manager sync-ups and debriefs.

How you will make an impact:

• Oversee the sourcing efforts and coordination of interviews, providing all candidates with a white-glove, positive experience commencing with their first touch point with SigFig
• Become a power user and admin of Breezy, our ATS, and drive efficiency in the recruiting process
• Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with team members and hiring managers
• Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted search, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources
• Spend 70% of your time sourcing for top engineering talent and 30% scheduling interviews
