The Enterprise Marketing team is a rapidly growing & highly visible function within SigFig’s Strategic Partnerships organization. We’re charged with defining our voice and telling the stories of our products and partners to differentiate us in a highly competitive and fluid market. Our goal is to position our company as the leading FinTech innovator in digital customer engagement, retail banking experience & wealth management, by developing sophisticated messaging and delivering impactful content to drive awareness and demand for our solutions. We are looking for an experienced content marketer to join the rapidly growing Enterprise Marketing team. This position reports to the Head of Enterprise Growth Marketing and works cross-functionally with the Growth, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Design teams.

You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background that can take audience insights and build content to meet them at their most curious. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers along the full buying process, moving them through the funnel journey.

At the core, you should be able to absorb product and buyer personas and build content marketing strategies to help grow each of our product segments. You also possess the relationship skills to inspire your team members and to gain credibility with execs towards a strategic vision.

If you are a startup veteran, with a bias for action and the ability to nimbly jump from the strategic to the creative to the operational, this is for you.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create engaging, informative marketing content and thought leadership pieces to communicate SigFig brand positioning, industry perspectives, and product value propositions to our market.
• Create and manage a strategic content marketing plan and editorial calendar, aligned closely to demand generation campaigns and other marketing program initiatives (e.g. product marketing launches, partnership announcements, sales enablement, etc.) to drive leads, social media followers, and build brand awareness
• Manage and develop an organization-wide blogging strategy for our website
• Plan, write, create, and publish (either through delegation to external/internal partners; or self-ownership) engaging, informative marketing content for a variety of use cases, audiences, and delivery/distribution channels.
• Create repeatable enablement programs that drive Enterprise selling across all Marketing channels
• Manage style guide to ensure brand voice and presence are consistent throughout all published content and channels
• Continual monitoring and analysis of published content to ensure positive performance and provide redirects when needed
• Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Analyze web traffic metrics to inform content strategy along the sales funnel and topic ideation
• In collaboration with Head of Enterprise Growth Marketing, develop and manage budget for content producers

• Background in key content creation artifacts, including ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, and more
• Demonstrated content experience; track record of building, directing, and delivering high-quality, engaging content to stakeholders that sticks with them
• Experience prioritizing and delegating outputs depending on feedback loop from the market/sales
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguities

Ideal SigFigian for this Role

• 4+ years content strategy and creation experience within a Content Manager, Brand Manager, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Campaign Manager in a B2B/SaaS company
• Experience working in technology startups
• Website and brand positioning experience
• Bachelor's degree
