Job Summary:

SelectQuote is looking for a Marketing Analyst to support the growth of Population Health and SelectRx via consumer lifecycle marketing strategies and execution. This position will be responsible for driving improved overall customer experience and adoption of the Population Health and SelectRx products. Successful candidates will have a natural intellectual curiosity with a strong ability to leverage data in developing strategy and measuring execution. This position will work across workgroups in building collaboration to successfully launch campaigns and establishing metrics for success.

Essential Functions:

• Builds customer journeys and interactions across the customer lifecycle in partnership with Workflow team that drive engagement and result in sales conversions and retention.
• Responsible for the management of multichannel marketing campaigns from inception to execution to post deployment analysis and recommendations.
• Conducts ongoing campaign A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drives conversion improvements. Manages a meticulously planned and documented marketing calendar and testing plan to continually improve performance.
• Manages testing strategies, segmentation and develops programs to incent email opt-in.
• Measures, monitors and tracks campaign performance against benchmarks and drives corrective actions that deliver continuous improvements.
• Develop detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with identifying meaningful insights to consumer lifecycle performance

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Minimum of 3 years prior experience holding demonstrated accountability for Email and SMS marketing programs for a lead-gen or growth marketing company and direct daily oversight of program operations and execution and associated health metrics. Experience with Enterprise Automation Platform highly preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with cross functional teams to develop lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, growth and lead conversions, resulting in increased channel revenue
• Proficient at making recurring updates to executive leadership and using data to drive recommendations and strategic storytelling.
• Strong program manager and planner with unwavering attention to detail
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business and a driving desire to cultivate positive working relationships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Functional analytical skills (projecting, costing, budgeting, etc.).
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently.
• Articulate and well-spoken; strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.

. Training and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration
• Strong proficiency with SQL
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects, multiple channels and segments simultaneously in a cross-functional team
