Content Development Specialist

SelectRX is a high touch, technology-driven specialized medication management pharmacy. We engage virtually with patients to ensure accurate prescription records are maintained in order to achieve improved prescription drug adherence. Job Summary:

This position is responsible for working with the training team to develop, create and continuously improve all training materials for the pharmacy. This includes learning roles and responsibilities of employees in all departments in order to create training materials. Responsibilities in this role are to design creative, engaging, thorough and interactive training materials for new-hire and on-going pharmacy training. Job duties also include conducting research, planning and publishing content, and ensuring on-time delivery of all content. You must be sure to maintain company brand standards in all content and monitor for effectiveness. The Content Development Specialist will also maintain the content library.

Essential Functions:

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive training program materials
• Coordinating with training and operations for the continuing education for new and tenured pharmacy employees
• Learn pharmacy technology programs, processes, and procedures
• Monitor effectiveness of content and update/improve continually

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite programs is required
• Articulate 360 experience a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated excelling with content design (candidate may be asked to provide work samples of training/educational content they have created)
• Experience working with adult learners
• High aptitude for using technology
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to adapt to change quickly

Training and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
