The chosen candidate will become part of the Customer Care team and your mission will be to support the team handling French speaking customers. In particular, you’ll carry out the following activities:

• translate our website, templates and contents from English to French
• handle customers' complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• manage large amounts of incoming emails/customers' requests, with empathy and patience
• make outbound calls when needed
• combining information from multiple sources, using spreadsheets and customer care IT tools
• communicate with all involved parts of the process to complete and improve procedures
• Provide support to other team members ensuring an efficient workflow and service

Our ideal candidate:

• is native spoken and written French
• is fluent in spoken and written English
• is excellent in communication and thrives working in teams
• has a detail-oriented mindset
• is able to work in fast-paced environments and to remain calm under pressure
• has a former customer support experience (it would be an advantage)
• has a former experience as translator (it would be an advantage)
• has a basic knowledge of Italian Language (it would be an advantage)

This is a full remote position.

The chosen candidate doesn't need to be located in France.
