This is a full-time, remote position, based in the United States.

As Director, Field & Partner Marketing, you will lead, build and execute the Field Marketing and Partner Marketing plan at Rootstock, working closely with the SVP of Global Alliances and VP of Growth Marketing. Your goal is to drive marketing and partner-sourced pipeline, support deal acceleration, and execute events and partner enablement campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the SVP of Partner Alliances to develop marketing plans that create and accelerate demand with partners. These plans will include objectives and measures of success across strategic partners- primarily with Salesforce.com, key ISVs and SIs
• Develop and implement partner demand generation programs to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement including in-person and virtual events, partner communications, 3rd party programs and more.
• Define, plan, and deliver the corporate event and field marketing strategy for Rootstock Manufacturing ERP. This includes the management and execution of 6+ tradeshows, 15+ field events and 15+ virtual events
• Oversee planning of Rootstock’s annual customer conference, Rooted·In which includes managing an external agency, sessions schedules, attendee experience and more
• Ensure event strategies & themes align with overall company & marketing objectives, driving our pipeline
• Develop and operationalize event performance metrics for all field marketing and partner programs. Set metrics, analyze data, and be accountable for achieving your targets.
• Work with a virtual cross-functional team of Product Marketing, Growth Marketing and Rev Ops managers to ensure overall execution of field marketing and partner marketing programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years’ experience working in a Field Marketing and/or Partner Marketing role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Demonstrated ability to experiment and drive growth for B2B channels.
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Data-driven and have demonstrated an ability to measure the success of your programs for constant self-improvement.
