Senior Network Security Engineer (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure and security, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing secure, high-performance networks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Cisco CCIE, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet technologies and have experience with data center operations, including Cisco ACI and Cisco NDFC. Knowledge of Linux is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain our network security infrastructure using Palo Alto and Fortinet solutions.

• Implement and manage Cisco ACI and NDFC within our data center environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct network and security audits, vulnerability assessments, and proactive threat analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network and security solutions into overall IT infrastructure and operations.

• Provide expert-level support for network and security issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and security trends, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance our network security posture.
