The program manager is responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting on programs to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics, both internal and external, while also supporting the internal RMI team where needed with other projects and planning. Ideally the candidate will understand the fundamentals of Affiliate Marketing and the different platforms associated with it.

Requirements:

• Owns all aspects of Program management from the initial planning, vendor relationships, utilization of 3rd party tools/resources, to building out reporting templates and optimizations.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead regular calls with organized agendas.
• Manages monthly budgets, effectively optimizing for performance.
• Generate more profitable production out of existing vendors.
• Actively seek out new vendors and generate profitable production.
• Create, manage, summarize and present performance reports based on KPIs and success metrics on a regular cadence to help drive data-informed decisions.
• Distill data into actionable insights that can drive improvements. 
• Review performance using internal and external reporting and analytics tools.
• Manage technical aspects of linking, tracking, and record-keeping of affiliate relationships.
• Responsible for billing reconciliation management and issuing monthly performance reporting to external vendors.
• Consistently innovate, explore, learn, test, execute and iterate.
• Willingness to learn and explore new media channels, methods of execution and optimization to drive the best performance for both the clients and RMI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and comfortability with larger groups over virtual environments.
• 3+ years of experience growing leads and revenue through affiliate marketing, vendor relationships, etc.
• Experience managing or operating search, display and programmatic campaigns a plus but not required.
• High level of proficiency with data and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, DOMO; experience with CAKE or other affiliate management software preferred).
• Fast learning, and strong collaboration skills with eagerness to learn and share learnings with others.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Ability to gain buy in from a diverse group of business partners and stakeholders.
