The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for fielding dealer and distributor inquiries through phone, email, and customer relationship management system.  The selected candidate will support our B2B parts channel managers and regional sales managers with order entry, dealer parts, ETA's and follow-up along with outbound sales strategies to ensure we’re capturing and closing more sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in influencing customer satisfaction for the entire organization and create “Customers for life”.. This position is based out of our Livonia, MI facility, with the opportunity to work remotely.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: 

• Answer all incoming inquires via phone, email, or website; open, work, and ultimately close all Sales Cases
• Provide order updates and order ETA’s for open sales orders; monitor backorder report and customer follow-up
• Assist with B2B sign-up process
• Communicate clearly with Parts Channel Managers and Dealership Regional Managers to assist with channel specific activities
• Participate in outbound sales strategies to upsell and capture more sales

Minimum qualifications to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, preferably in the business-to-business sector
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of essential Customer Service/Customer Support concepts and best-practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven reliability in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and the talent to work with challenging customers which will drive consistent follow-through, with a commitment to achieving a positive customer experience through every interaction
• Strong organizational skills and the composure needed to juggle multiple customer concerns at once

A successful Inside Sales Representative may also have:

• College Degree
• Prior experience with Salesforce
• Omni-Channel Support experience (simultaneous Live Agent Chat, Email, and Phone support)
• Prior experience in Automotive, Fleet Management and/or Alternative-Fuels sectors
• Talkdesk
• Expert knowledge of the ROUSH/SLP product line, applications, fitments, etc.
