As a Marketing Specialist (Paid Social & Mobile App Marketing) you will play a critical role in scaling Cozi and OurFamilyWizard awareness and acquisition. You bring a blend of analytical and creative skills, and you are passionate about helping parents improve their lives through our technology solutions.

What you will accomplish:

• Create, implement, and optimize campaigns across multiple paid acquisition channels including paid social (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search, Apple Search, and mobile app marketing.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on the execution of campaigns across additional channels including email, organic social, affiliates, and ambassadors
• Propose new customer acquisition channels and targets in partnership with the Marketing and Business teams
• Analyze, compile, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders
• Be the subject matter expert for acquisition channels and channel quality
• Develop a deep understanding of the Cozi and OurFamilyWizard customer, customer segments, and product offerings so that you can craft stories and messaging that help families become passionate about our products
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure customer acquisition success factors (e.g., channel tracking, landing page optimizations, post-install behavior tracking) are known and understood
• Manage the campaign process including schedules, creative asset creation, materials, and operation details

Who you are:

• Demonstrated record of success driving customer acquisition and/or revenue
• Experience marketing digital consumer products, preferably consumer mobile apps
• Knowledge of best practices and optimal campaign setup for mobile app install campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Apple Search Ads, Google Mobile App Ads, and Google Search Ads.
• Data-driven and always seeking the truth when evaluating campaigns and efforts against business goals
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities

What you bring:

• 3+ years in a marketing role focused on consumer engagement with digital products or services
• BA/BS in Marketing or related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with mobile attribution platforms like Appsflyer and product analytics platforms like Mixpanel and Google Analytics
