Marketing intern - Influencer Marketing & Social Media (paid)

Location: Wroclaw - Remote OK

Opera is looking for a marketing intern to join the Opera GX team in Wroclaw and help with growing GX’s community. The ideal candidate will have a huge passion for gaming and a digitally savvy marketing mind to manage creative campaigns. On our team, you will develop and execute engaging campaigns for Opera GX users and focus on user acquisition in collaboration with gaming influencers. You will cooperate with world-class ad network account managers and third-party agencies to bring the best results to key KPIs.

Main responsibilities:

• Support with running social media accounts: Twitter, Tiktok, Reddit, Facebook.
• Measure and report community engagement results from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment.
• Identify social trends & new topics in gaming.
• Develop and execute campaigns with top gaming influencers.
• Brainstorm new approaches to community and influencer campaigns.
• Provide support on social media activities.

Requirements:

• Interest and passion for the gaming industry are a must!
• Excellent spoken and written English with a focus on copywriting.
• Knowledge of gaming trends and language.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Knowledge about gaming communities such as Reddit and Discord is warmly welcome.
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry is a plus.
