Content Operations Manager (Colombia-remote)

That's why our mission is to provide pet parents with the most up-to-date expert information and resources fur-families need to make better, more informed decisions that support the health and happiness of our companion animals.

In this role, you’ll report to our Content Manager and assist them in executing daily tasks, including managing workflow, assigning tasks to team members, and working with our writers to ensure voice consistency based on our guidelines.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting team members and overseeing the execution of projects while troubleshooting issues along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other members of the content operations team to execute content strategies
• Develop workflow strategies that will optimize our daily operations
• Conduct thorough content analysis and highlight areas of improvement
• Work with the content team to deliver content within predetermined deadlines
• Assist in developing a strategy and project life cycle
• Oversee day-to-day content needs of our team
• Recruit and communicate with writers over brand voice and tone guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management or content operations
• Experience in content creation is a plus
• Proven track record of successful projects
• Impeccable communication and leadership skills
• Exceptional organizational and managerial skills are a must
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
