About the Position:

We are looking for exceptional Product Owners to lead our client engagements in digital transformation and e-commerce.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead Object Edge’s consulting engagements, acting as the liaison between client stakeholders and other Object Edge team members.
2. Guide Object Edge’s clients on product features and implementation that will maximize business value for them.
3. Provide guidance to Object Edge’s e-commerce clients on platform capabilities related to merchandising, marketing, user experience, analytics, and customer service to help them meet their business objectives.
4. Define, drive and support prioritization of requirements to successfully meet engagement objectives.
5. Elicit requirements and document them in standard formats such as user stories, process flows, etc.
6. Collaborate with technical architects and developers for solutioning.
7. Own product backlog for the team and keep it well documented and organized.
8. Communicate clearly and effectively across all stakeholders including engagement sponsors, program leaders and product operators.
9. Work with other Object Edge team members and management to identify and improve process efficiencies, across customer and Object Edge internal.

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in consulting or retail
2. Deep knowledge of e-commerce
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Expertise with business and systems analysis
5. Extreme comfort handling both big picture and low-level details
6. Familiarity with user experience design practices
7. Familiarity with technology trends such as APIs, micro-services, cloud computing
8. Exceptional people skills
9. Experience in Agile Scrum framework

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
