About the Position:

The Project Manager manages the Object Edge Teams engaged in Digital Transformation initiatives for our clients. This position reports to our Regional Head of Customer Success, and requires direct collaboration with various roles such as Software Developers, Testers, Product Managers and Business Teams.

Position overview/ Challenges:

This position will be primarily responsible to develop new and enhance existing features on microservices for an ecommerce platform; review peer’s code and leverage best practices; acting closely to the architects and the product owner; collaborate with new ideas; be open to learn new technologies; be consultative and help the client to go to the right direction.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement JavaScript solutions leveraging React
• Design, develop, and implement Java microservices with Spring boot
• Develop new and improve existing processes
• Work with agile methods;

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of developing with Java;
• Over 1 year of web application development experience leveraging JavaScript technologies and working with responsive designs;
• Experience on developing with CSS and HTML;
• Experience developing RESTful APIs;
• Experience on working with GIT;
• Be able to read and write in English;
• Be able to have technical conversations in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on working with ecommerce plataforms;
• Good exposure and hands on experience on design principles and architecture;
• Some exposure to GraphQL and Apollo server;
• Some exposure to any messaging system like Kafka,rabbitMQ, etc.

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in a global team;
• Ability to independently study and grasp ,and be able to fix defects and enhance it;
• Ability to take technical ownership.

Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
