As a Full Stack Marketer your main Purpose is to to Grow our Top Line Revenue on our eCom to 80 000 € (50% Growth)  per month while keeping a Gross Profit of 20%  by the end of the first 12 months utilizing the Marketing Budget and all available channels (FB, email, Google etc…)

What you will have to achieve during the first year: 

FB + GA:

• Revenue: 80k€/m

• CPA 2.7€

• CPC 0.30 €

• CTR 5%

• Relevancy: 8

• Engagement: 0.7%

• AOV 120€

• CLV 120€

Email 

• 24k € Sales from Email per Month.

• Increase our email Subscriber base from 10k to 50k by the end of first 12 months.

• Email Open Rate: 18%

• Bounce 0.2

• Email CTR 2%

• Email Conversion Rate 3%

• Unsubscribe 0.25%

  • Agency Experience would be an advantage

• Must have a Business or Engineering Degree or equivalent.
