You Are The Creator:

• Create a product vision and run the strategy for our efforts in DeFi
• Create, manage and prioritize a team’s backlog
• Use extensive research and data to make decisions (but never stop trusting your instincts along the way). You will be measured on KPI improvements QoQ
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that will grow our market share, improve customer experience and drive organic and exponential growth
• Work as part of a cross-functional Product team with Product Designers, Product Marketers, and Business Analysts to inform the product roadmap
• Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond
• Cultivate a team that recognizes the value of agile development and foster a culture of continuous delivery, quality orientation, and innovation
  

What Makes You Stand Out:

• At least 2 years of Product Management experience
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exemplary understanding of the development cycle
• Practical experience with JIRA
• Strong interest in the crypto and finance fields
• Superior relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
