What you’ll do:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Drupal-based products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with organizational objectives
- Work closely with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to drive product development cycles
- Leverage deep knowledge of Drupal CMS to guide product development and customization efforts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and Drupal updates to inform product roadmaps
- Demonstrate expertise in implementing de-coupled CMS architectures to enhance product scalability and performance
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize system integrations and ensure seamless functionality
- Advocate for and integrate Human-Centered Design best practices into the product development lifecycle
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform iterative improvements
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand and address their evolving needs
- Conduct regular communication sessions and status updates to keep stakeholders informed
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, or similar role
- Proven experience managing Drupal-based products for large government organization
- In-depth understanding of de-coupled CMS architectures and implementation
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) best practices and a commitment to user-centric design
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus but not required
