• You are the contact person in sales for our key accounts in the area of ​​group tour operators (B2B)
• You build up a long-term relationship with our key accounts: Trust and transparency are very important to us
• You independently plan quarterly meetings with the key accounts (on site, Europe-wide)
  
• You maintain customer data and document your work in the PMS (Property Management System) / CRM (Salesforce)
• You ensure that you achieve the sales targets with our key accounts. You will develop strategies to promote joint growth

• You analyze the performance of the key accounts in all our hotels in monthly reports and define the next steps for further development
• You are responsible for creating and negotiating framework and contingent contracts
• Together with the Director of Sales and our competent teams in Revenue and Central Reservations, you ensure smooth and effective day-to-day business
• Together with our marketing team, you take care of the planning, organization and participation of MEININGER in relevant events
• Events of our target groups (B2B), networking events and trade fairs

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial degree or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales in the hospitality industry (experience in the hotel industry is an advantage)
  
• You have strong MS Office skills, including in-depth knowledge of Excel and confident handling of a CRM
• You convince with a focus on business contacts and a sales mindset, work in a solution-oriented manner and have a hands-on mentality
• You have a confident appearance, friendliness and helpfulness are as important to you as they are to us
• You have a high level of perception for complex issues
• You speak fluent German (strong level B2-C1) and English
• You have a class B driving license and are willing to travel
