OVERALL PURPOSE

This is an exciting 6-month work experience opportunity for a recent graduate who is seeking to kick-start their career. You will gain experience in the FinTech industry within a fast and dynamic environment. You will be joining our established Business Development team where you will be exposed to various operational processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will work closely with our Business Development, Product Development and Credit Teams to develop, implement and manage an end-to-end sales and sales-operations process to successfully acquire and nurture customers for one of our latest and greatest products, Lulapay. Your work will not only encourage small business owners to apply for the LulaPay product but also ensure they have an exceptional product experience stemming from an operational and customer perspective. You will be a driving force in helping LulaPay scale quickly and successfully. Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations in a proactive and innovative manner
• Providing first line customer support with expert knowledge on our product offering
• Gathering all the necessary information and timeously escalating customer queries to the relevant departments
• Assist the team in acquiring new business in order to grow the LulaPay product
• Assist with the backend operational processes of Lulapay applications
• Understand reasons for and comply with the said rules and regulations set out by Lulalend to ensure operations are completed to the highest level of integrity
• Assisting the Credit Team with any other ad hoc duties

• Whizz with technology (Experience with Google Suite is desirable)

• Knack for sales and negotiation
• Preferably 3 to 6 months experience in a client facing role
