OVERALL PURPOSE

This is a newly created role for an individual who has a keen eye for detail to ensure that our technical environment is safe and secure for our employees and customers to transact within. In this exciting hands-on role you will work with various teams at Lulalend to collaborate, problem solve and come up with innovative solutions.

You will be responsible for helping to automate processes, create and maintain our Azure cloud infrastructure as well as implement an automated cloud-based deployment and operational model. A key priority of the role is being security focused when building infrastructure, followed closely by monitoring the Lulalend platform and building CI/CD pipelines for our Engineering teams.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and administrate DevOps services such as Azure Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
• Create and configure Azure resources based on operational requirements
• Conduct system health checks, configure monitoring processes and remediate where necessary
• Provision team member access across our systems
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and products
• Actively look for ways to improve our security protocols
• Corporate and production networking administration

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Degree/Diploma in IT related field or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience working as part of a DevOps or TechOps team
• Experience effectively engaging with stakeholders across various teams
• Experience establishing, improving and driving adherence to processes
• Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
