Role: Product Manager Onboarding
Role Mission: Improve newcomer’s efficiency: Newcomers are ready to complete most of the tasks from checklist on the 5th day without distracting their colleagues. Add tests, progress dashboard for user, tests pools for customization, checklists task-tests.

Main performance number: Avg 360 newcomer percentile
Second performance number: Avg rating onboarding process by newcomers
Third performance number: Avg onboarding Rate

Functions:

• Onboarding path : Progress onboarding dashboard for simplify onboarding process from signing an offer to completing the test period.
• Onboarding materials : Make sure that each role has written and video guides, necessary for onboarding on platform.
• Quizzes: Create an onboarding quizzes and scoring system for each role on platform.
• Control: Create a system of metrics and reports to continuously monitor the onboarding quality and any process disruption.
• Checklists task-tests : Tests are generated automatically from tasks and evaluate if newcomers are ready to complete tasks of their role checklist.
• Feedback : All feedback received from Onboarding process has being analyzed and used for improvements.
  
  

Requirement skills and experience:

• Product/Project manager from online education platform or HR onboarding manager from tech company.
• Deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data-driven decisions on priorities.
• Practical experience of process automation using scripts or no-code tools.
• Python, SQL experience for analytics.
