Role: Lead Account Managers
Role Mission: Token adoption through listings & co-marketing activities.Main performance number: Traders growth
Second performance number: Revenue growth
Third performance number: Co-marketing budget receivedFunctions:

• Top liquidity: Maximize number of tokens where we are #1 market in CMC token profile.
• EO Launch: Setup and launch the IEOs.
• Co-Marketing: Upsell co-marketing activities to projects in your portfolio.
• Swap: Conduct swaps.
• Manage team: Control HR and performance of the team.
• Client management: Build strong relationships with and serve our B2B clients.
• Analytics: Analyse success cases and good and bad standing.
• Execution: Workflow management (work on CRM / ClickUp tasks).

Requirement skills and experience:

• 2+ years of account management or B2B sales experience in the field of fintech, crypto and investment banking.
• 2+ years experience in the crypto industry.
• Experience in business development.
• Problem-solving skills, result-oriented, strong work ethics.
• Fluent English.
• Will be a strong plus: Experience as a trader in banking or finance.
• Experience with marketing. Graduated from a top university. Participant in the regional level of the olympiad or other relevant competitions. Additional language (Turkish, Hindi, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, German).Why LATOKEN:
