We are a fast-growing centralized crypto exchange focused on startup tokens, and currently have >2.5M users and >1M mobile installs in high-growth countries (India, Turkey, Bangladesh, UK, Germany and more). We are the Initial Exchange Offering category leader with >250 primary placements. We aim to be the gateway to crypto to over 1Bn people worldwide who are expected to become investors over the next 10 years. We are profitable and are in the process of fundraising to accelerate growth.

Here is our backlog.Role: Growth & Sales Manager

Unit: Growth - Sales

Mission: Top token listings with upsell, cross-sell and farming.

Details:

Story: Top token startups need to be listed on LATOKEN with our various marketing activities to boost their token performance from exposure to our 2M+ community.
Key PROBLEM's:
- Make 2 paid listings within 1st month.
- Make 2 Co-marketing agreements within 1st month.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction of all newly listed projects.
HOW:
- List top promising projects with co-marketing on LATOKEN first.
- Build client relationships showing the value of LATOKEN.
- Work with a portfolio of listed projects to ensure liquidity and traders' growth.

Performance numbers: New Traders, Listings Revenue, Trading Fees.Functions:

Sourcing: Hunt and list top promising projects to list with us before any other exchange.
Customer focus: Build relationship with clients. Make first approach, learn their needs and pains, and show the value of LATOKEN exchange.
Workflow: Keep everything well organised.
Teamwork: Grow your sales skills.
Deals: Increase listing and trading fees revenue by winning IEO/Listings/Co-marketing deals.

Requirement skills and experience:

2+ years of experience in two of partnership marketing, bizdev or sales.
Experience in investments, trading, crypto, payments, or other fintech is an advantage.
Potential to grow to Product Manager.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent English).
Problem-solving and critical reasoning skills (700+ GMAT level / won city level olympiad).
