We are a fast-growing centralized crypto exchange focused on startup tokens, and currently have >2.5M users and >1M mobile installs in high-growth countries (India, Turkey, Bangladesh, UK, Germany and more). We are the Initial Exchange Offering category leader with >250 primary placements. We aim to be the gateway to crypto to over 1Bn people worldwide who are expected to become investors over the next 10 years. We are profitable and are in the process of fundraising to accelerate growth.

Unit: Growth Listings and Partnership

Mission: Co-marketing with VC-backed & hype projects.

Details:

Story: Owners of VC-backed & hype projects need to be listed with co-marketing in order to increase liquidity and the number of token holders. Traders need to see VC-backed & hype projects on the platform in order to trade tokens with good liquidity or invest in startups in the first stage.
Key PROBLEM's:
- Get 3000+ new traders in Q1 2022.
- Collect 30000+ USDT trading fees in Q1 2022.
- Get 300k+ USDT marketing budgets in tokens in Q1 2022.
HOW:
- Pitch co-marketing with relevant scripts, pitch deck, and transparent value proposition.
- Sell and upsell co-marketing activities with decent marketing budgets such as airdrop, trading competitions, etc.
- Maximize the number of tokens in the portfolio with LATOKEN #1 on CMC.
- Ensure portfolio tokens are in good standing.
- Respond and resolve clients' problems ASAP.
CONSTRAINTS: VC and top quality tokens must have liquidity and special treatment (should not be delisted). LATOKEN reputation and traders must be protected.

Performance numbers: Traders Growth Rate,Total Revenue of Trading&Pay, Price Growth after listing Avg.Functions:

Sourcing:Contact VC-backed and hype tokens assigned in CRM.
Serve customers:Provide high quality customer service to all leads in your portfolio.
Co-marketing:Sell and upsell airdrop, trading competition, UGC giveaway, staking.
Liquidity:Controll all the key liquidity metrics, investigate incidents, find root causes and set tasks to prevent
Analytics:Check good and bad standing and analyse success cases.
First on CMC:Maximize number of tokens where we are #1 market in CMC and Coingecko.Buddy:Welcome a newcomer in the Unit and make sure he starts performing quicker and effectively from the very first day.

Requirement skills and experience:

2+ years of experience in two of partnership marketing, bizdev or sales.
Experience in investments, trading, crypto, payments, or other fintech is an advantage.
Potential to grow to Product Manager.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent English).
Problem-solving and critical reasoning skills (700+ GMAT level / won city level olympiad).
