What will you be doing?

• Lead & mentorize the Data Science Team.

• Working closely with different product teams to understand how we can deliver the best experience for our entrepreneurs and customers.

• Contribute both by analyzing data and building AI algorithms, but also by providing your own perspective and vision on how to improve the product.

• Collaborate proactively with the rest of the areas of Data to improve the way we work and drive the impact data has across the company.

Your profile

• Strong expertise in statistics, machine learning and “ML Ops”.

• Knowledge in Geospatial analysis, cloud computing and software development is relevant to the role and will be highly valued.

• Min 6 years of experience as a Data Science, Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent.

• Proficient in min one programming / scripting language and in applying it to data science problems, in addition to some proficiency in SQL.

• Proactive attitude to push forward projects and able to work independently aiming to make an impact.

• Interested about our entrepreneurs' need, customer-oriented and product mindset.

• Knows how to give and receive constructive feedback, staying humbel while being able to face important issues.

• Good communicator and able to work together with different teams and profiles, as well as deliver insights and recommendations effectively.

• Fluent in English. Other languages would be a plus.
