As Sales Operations Manager, you will be the strategic hub for organization, communication, tool management, and creation for the Sales & Business Development teams. You will have the opportunity to build, break, and reimagine the information flow, sales pipeline, and asset creation elements needed to grow a successful sales organization. You will drive processes, programs, technology implementation that will accelerate revenue growth and set the organization up for rapid expansion.
We are a mission-driven and well-funded startup, backed by the likes of YCombinator, Pathbreaker Ventures, and Crosslink Capital. We are headquartered in San Carlos, CA with our primary production greenhouse facility located in Gilroy, CA.
