COMPANY: IMG / Global ResponseLocation: Cardiff / Hybrid/ Remote
Salary: £18,750 - £20,000 per annum [depending on experience] + benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week between 8am and 8pm - Monday to Friday
IMG - Global Response provides 24/7 assistance to policy holders and corporate clients all around the world. This includes medical assistance and devices, roadside assistance, pet ,and travel insurance and claims handling services but to name a few.

What does the job involve?
You will be providing help to clients with after sales support or who have a query regarding their existing policy.
You must be able to work under pressure, we’re very busy so you’ll take high volume of varied customer calls every day. You will utilise your customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting in a professional manner at all times.
